Delivery policy
Refund, replacement and cancellation terms
All prices quoted include standard 3-day delivery service
1/ Consumable "in stock items" are delivered within 7-10 days
A/ Consumables, made to order will be delivered 3 days after the ready for despatch date
B/ Next day delivery service is available on request
2/ Replacement policy; - Guarantee
A/ Stock items and made to order items if faulty, will be replaced free of charge, providing they have not been used or soiled
3/ Returns policy
A/ Stock items only; - will be the subject of a 15% handling charge plus the cost of all transport charges
B/ Made to order items, no refund, no return
4/ Cancellation charges
Stock items, prior to despatch 2.5 % of total value.
Cancelled when in transit, cost of both out and inwards journey + 2.5% of total order
Made to order items
Prior to manufacture 5% of total order
Once production has started, no cancellation. Delivery as agreed
