Power Pre-stretch technology, pallet wrapping and pallet wrappers, the concept is simple. The pallet is generally placed on a turntable, film attached. As the pallet is rotated the film is driven through a series of POWERED rollers in the head. This actually PRE STRETCHES the film before it is applied. There are two main benefits. Firstly the film is already stretched so minimal force is required against the load, making light, awkward or fragile loads considerably easier to wrap. Secondly with Power Pre-Stretch huge film savings are available for your pallet wrappers. This is because the stretch ratios on machines can be anything from 100% to 425%. Typically ratios are about 245%, this will create 3.45 meters from 1 meter of Film on our pallet wrappers. |

Power Pre-stretch systems are acceptable for most applications. The technology reduces film usage, minimizes damage to loads and is ideal for awkward light applications. |
